Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after purchase.


Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods such as holidays.


Shipping Costs

  • Orders are charged a flat shipping fee of $5.99

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 1-5 business days. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

If you haven't received tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.


Multiple Items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This is completely normal — each item ships directly from our supplier to your door to ensure the fastest possible delivery.


Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be charged by your local government upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.


Lost or Delayed Packages
