We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. A return shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@quovia.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as personal care products) may not be eligible for return once opened. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank, then contact us at support@quovia.store.
